Congrats!
The Wedding Passport is a week-long open house for couples to meet vendors while planning their weddings and competing to win the cash prize.

Brides will register and visit vendors who have a storefront Monday-Friday (Aug. 8-13) to have their passport stamped. On Tuesday and Thursday night, we will have open houses at local venues to host the vendors who do not have a storefront. Vendors will have varying point values from 10-60 points. ​
​
On Saturday, the final open house will take place at a venue inviting all brides, bridal parties and families to turn in their passports for the final point tally. The bride/groom with the most points (collected from the vendors they visit) will win the grand prize. Cash prize amount will be announced June 1, 2022.

All participating vendors and their point values will be listed on the website. You may also submit events you are hosting that week to be advertised on the official event page.

Official website, rules and registration will open the first week of April.
This is how it works
VENDORS WHO HAVE A STOREFRONT
We encourage you to extend your store hours the week of August 8-13 so that brides can also come after normal working hours. Check out the full list of vendors when we go live and team up with the vendors who do not have a storefront.

VENDORS WHO DO NOT HAVE A STOREFRONT
On Tuesday (Aug.9) and Thursday (Aug.11) we will host open houses in the evening so that you can meet with brides and stamp passports. When we go live, please see the event page for open house details and request a booth space. These open houses will only host vendors that are participating in The Wedding Passport.

I got tired of the same old open house. Venues only have limited space and not all vendors are able to be included. I wanted to create something that all vendors have an opportunity to be involved in without worrying about space or asking "can I have a booth at your open house?". This is an event that any vendor, venue or small business can join to get their name out there and increase their brand in the community.
